Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with our small business! We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Period: All eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If items are returned after this 14-day window, we will be unable to process your return, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense. Should you choose not to pay the return shipping fee and is sent back to us, the item will be recycled.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, free of any stains, makeup, or scents. All tags, including hangtags, must remain attached. Items returned without their original packaging or tags may be subject to rejection.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost during the return process.
Refund or Replacement Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or Defective Items: If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order ID, a description of the fault, photographic evidence, and a copy of your invoice. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Please do not return any faulty goods until advised by our customer care team. Catalina Clothing reserves the right to reject any items that appear to have been tampered with, damaged, or altered without authorisation in an attempt to obtain a full refund.
